How to order
You don't need to register to shop at Citykingz.
Simply add the items you want to buy to the shopping cart.
Check out in three simple steps:
1. Click 'Proceed to checkout' in the shopping cart.
Enter your contact information, shipping address and billing address.
2. Click 'Review your order' on the checkout page.
Verify your ordered items, amounts and personal details.
3. The last step depends on the payment method you have chosen:

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments by creditcard (Visa or MC), banktransfer (bank wire) or COD (Cash on delivery).
Please note that the COD service is more expensive and does not qualify for free shipping.
We do not charge any comission for payments with VISA or Mastercard.
Privacy & Security
Is it safe to shop with VISA or Mastercard on Citykingz?
Completely. You don't even have to enter your creditcard details on Citykingz.com itself: For maximum security, We will forward you to the Verisign Secured Servers handled by Ogone themself. Ogone is the leading European Payment Service Provider.

I have a company, can i get an invoice?
If you have a company and you want an invoice, you can enter your Company Name and VAT number (BTWnr/n°TVA) in the Checkout form. You will receive your invoice together with your products.
Is my privacy respected?
We won't use your personal details for any other purpose than handling your order, and we will not share any of our customers' private details with anyone. Ever.
Shipping
When will my order be sent?
We ship orders every weekday. If you order after friday morning, your order will be sent monday morning.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive within 1 to maximum 4 days after we have sent your order.
Do I need to be there when the package arrives?
Yes, you need to sign for delivery. If you have chosen to pay by Cash On Delivery (COD), make sure to have cash available when the UPS driver arrives.
What are the shipping costs?
Select your delivery and payment options in the shopping cart to see your shipping and total cost.
Can I follow my package in transit / Do you offer Track & Trace?
Sure. We will send you an email with a Tracking number when we ship your order. You can copy-paste this number to the UPS website to see the current status and location of your package.

thx for answering fast :) .. .well at the moment i'm interested in spraycans more exacley in montana ALIEN cause that tipe of cans cant be found in my country and i'm working in the artistic part of graffiti i'm thinking of buying some books too but am not sure for now i realy need some "aliens" ..so thx for the answer me or my friend will place a order of "aliens" today or tomorow :D cheers !!
