Placing an order


Simply add the items you want to buy to the shopping cart.

Check out in three simple steps: 


1. Click 'Proceed to checkout' in the shopping cart. 

Enter your contact information, shipping address and billing address.

2. Click 'Review your order' on the checkout page. 

Verify your ordered items, amounts and personal details.

3. The last step depends on the payment method you have chosen:




We accept payments by credit card (Visa or MC), Paypal, IDEAL and bank transfer (bank wire).

We do not charge any commission for payments with VISA, Paypal or Mastercard.


Payment Security


It is safe to shop with VISA or Mastercard on Citykingz!

You don't even have to enter your credit card details on itself. For maximum security, we will forward you to our PSP (Payment Service Provider) Europabank. Europabank is the leading European PSP.




If you have a company and you want an invoice, you can enter your Company Name, Address and VAT number (BTWnr/n°TVA) in the Checkout form. You will receive your invoice by email.




We won't use your personal details for any other purpose than handling your order, and we will not share any of our customers' private details with anyone. Ever.




When will my order be sent? 

We ship orders every weekday. If you order after Friday morning, your order will be sent Monday morning.


When will my order arrive? 

Your order will arrive within 1 to maximum 4 days after we have sent your order.


Do I need to be there when the package arrives? 

Yes, you need to sign for delivery. When you are not home, DPD will try to deliver the package on a different time again. When you are not home during business hours, fill in a delivery address of friends/family/neighbors who are.


What are the shipping costs? 

Select your delivery and payment options in the shopping cart to see your shipping and total cost. We also ship for free from a certain amount. Find more info about this on our home page.


Can I follow my package in transit / Do you offer Track & Trace? 

Sure. Send us an email and we will email you back with the DPD tracking code. You can copy-paste this number to the DPD website to see the current status and location of your package.
